With regard to your question, we do not recommend chopping or slicing directly on your quartz surface although our quartz surface has relatively high impact strength and high scratch resistance. It is not scratch proof. Always use a chopping board and prevent heavy chopping on the surface so as to prolong the lifespan of your quartz. Thank you.
